Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or intimate wellness items.

This policy helps ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of all products for our customers.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • opened or used products
  • intimate wellness items
  • personal care products
  • clearance or final sale items
  • gift cards (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
